How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Because we ship from multiple vendors, we cannot provide an exact arrival window until after your order is placed. For most orders, we will email you tracking information for your purchased items. After lead time has been factored in, most items ship within 5 to 7 business days. You may check a vendor’s lead time in the Shipping section of the product page. If you need a specific item by a specific date, please contact us and we will do whatever we can to make it happen.


Can I have an order expedited or rushed? 

Please email us at orders@salthousemkt.com with the product(s) and date you need to receive them by, and we will do our best to make it happen.


How can I track my package? 

For most products, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information once the order is shipped.


If I order multiple items, will they all arrive in the same shipment? 

If you order from multiple vendors, they will arrive in separate packages.


Do you ship internationally?

We are currently able to ship within the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii only.


Do you offer white glove delivery for furniture?

We may offer white glove delivery for certain pieces. Please contact us if you have a question about a specific product.

What is your return policy?

Because we source products directly from the vendors, we abide by their respective return policies. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you would like to know a product’s return policy before placing an order, email us at orders@salthousemkt.com. All made-to-order products are final sale and not returnable. Shipping costs are not refundable.


What if my item(s) are defective or damaged? 

Contact us immediately, and we will get in touch with the vendor(s) to arrange a return and/or resolve the issue.
